TX-0017 Kanban Slots
                   
Many of our customers manage their inventory with the help of a kanban system. Often, such systems are supported by information stations that customers use to help manage their kanban cards. Creform now offers the kanban slot components as well as the pipe/joint framework system to create a kanban station that not only compliments the operation but also the appearance of your manufacturing environment.

J-170-63, Tapered Plastic Clip
                   
When you are sliding a part into a structure or sending a box down a flow rack lane, eliminate the possibility of getting caught by the edge of a joint with our new tapered plastic clip. Installed by simply snapping over the pipe and sliding up to the joint, this new clip helps ease the edge of metal and plastic joints.

EF-6045 Conveyor

CSC-Stem Casters
                   
Our new series of stem casters feature more than double the capacity of our popular YGR-Stem Casters. With the higher capacity and the availability of a FIXED caster in this series, you're bound to find many new applications for stem casters.

HJ-13, Fixed 45 Tech Sheet
                   
Introducing a fixed angle metal joint set at 45 degrees. Quick and easy installation with a single nut/bolt. A great way to add angle bracing for structural rigidity.

Nickel-Plated Metal Joints
                   
Our new nickel-plated joints provide enhanced conductivity for the ultimate in static dissipation. Use these special joints to compliment our ESD pipes, casters, and accessories to create the Creform structure that's right for your anti-static application.

HKL-4000, L-shaped Slide Pipe
                   
One of the products unique to Creform is our plastic coated steel slide pipe. Often used as an economical alternative for gravity flow, these special pipes feature a special low friction coating. In addition to our standard flat surface slide pipe, we now offer a compatible version with a vertical lip for side guidance.

EF-2047D, Narrow Skatewheel Conveyor
                   
When using plastic totes that feature a guidance groove molded into the bottom, Creform customers can now utilize this special narrow skate wheel conveyor that supports the box while simultaneously providing side guidance.

EF-2047F, Flanged Skatewheel Conveyor
                   
To enhance our popular EF-2044 series skatewheel conveyor, we've added a version with flanged rollers. This new product offers you both gravity flow and side guidance. These special conveyors may be used in conjunction with our standard skatewheel conveyor.

Store your tools conveniently on your Creform structure. We've enhanced our selection of tool holders with the creation of our new 70mm I.D. model featuring a durable steel body and a replaceable plastic insert for tool protection.

Wiring Ducts
                   
When your Creform structures feature wires or hoses that run along the pipes, consider neatening them up with our wiring ducts. We offer three sizes to meet your needs. Each may be secured to the pipe but features a removable top for access.
